Home Page / My Tasks

You can view daily tasks assigned to you by your Manager when you logged in. You can view the progress of each task of different projects, start date, duration and end date of that task which reminds you of the deadline.

 
 

My Projects / Views

You can also track a record of Projects by using the option of ‘Projects’ on the main menu bar. Here you can define all types of projects either they are ongoing, inprocess, or on hold. This Panel shows name of projects, projects timeline, owner name of each project, inprocess tasks, and status of each project.

 
 

Task Management

In the ‘Task Management’ option you can manage task details. Inprocess tasks can be viewed under tasks tab. You can also view inactive tasks by clicking on the Tasks (Inactive) tab. Forums related to those tasks can also be viewed under ‘Forums’ tab. Besides this, you can view ‘Task logs’, ‘Events’, ‘Files’ related to each task.

 
 

View Task

You can view task by clicking on the ‘View Task’ option. It gives you a detailed view about each task. Here you can view the name of Project, task, owner, priority of the task, progress of the task. You can also view start and end date of a task, expected duration of the task, task type etc. Besides this you can view users’ name to whom this task is assigned, dependencies of the different tasks and description of the task.

 
 

New Task

You can add new task by clicking on the new task button at the right top corner of the ‘View Task’ page. Here you can add all information related to task i.e. task name, status, priority etc.

 
 

Project Files Management

You can manage Project files by using the Files option from the main menu. Here you’ll have a record of each file related to your project with their names, location (folder), size, type etc.

 
 

Discussion Forums

The main forum display (Forums from the options menu) provides a listing of all open forums (connected to projects that you have access to). The details shown across the screen are:
‘Watch’ box indicates the forums that you have ticked Watch on for;
‘Topics’ shows the total number of topics in the forum;
‘Replies’ shows number of replies on these topics;
‘Last Post’ shows the Date, time and a short synopsis of the last post in the forum, as well as a quick visual summary of the number of days since the last post.

 
 

Trouble Ticket Management

By using the option of ‘Tickets’, you can view and respond bug reports related to each project. Clients post their bugs through e-mails and they’ll be lined up under ‘Tickets’ option. After removing those bugs, you can post back a report through e-mail to intimate them about the updated status.

 
 

View Ticket

You can view the Ticket by clicking on the ticket id. Here you can change the status of the ticket after processing or removing bugs from the list. You can also prioritize bugs list from here.
