"They have in the long run gone beyond and above what I expected for the price. Integrated their database and housing listings into my existing site without me having to change anything. Overall they did a great job... I have what I need."

FAQ's

Q. Where exactly are your engineers based out of?

A. Our core engineering teams are located in India and Pakistan, and the project management team is located in the Silicon Valley, California.

Q. Why are your prices so low?

A. We employ engineers in Pakistan, a country with a very low cost of living. In addition, the favorable exchange rate between the Rupee and Dollar makes it even a better value.

Q. Are projects delivered on time?

A. Yes, we put a lot of time and effort into judging the size of the project before we give a quote and therefore we deliver on time. Even if unforeseen delays show up we can use our strategic partners to break the project into pieces and still deliver on time.

Q. How do I ensure that my hourly paid developer produces?

A. First, they are required to email their work to you at the end of each shift. Second, our monitoring tools take screenshots of the developer randomly every 30 minutes. We also log their total number of key strokes to ensure that they are producing for you.

Q. How do I know how many hours my developer has worked?

A. Our monitoring software logs the hours that your developer works automatically.

Q. What if I am unhappy with my hourly paid developer?

A. Your hourly paid developer is your employee, if you are unhappy with their work, call us and we will get you another developer right away.

Q. How long does it take to hire an hourly developer?

A. It can often be done in as little as three days, but sometimes can take as long as 7 working days. The objective is not to get you just anyone ASAP, but to make sure you receive a quality employee that fits your needs.
